186 Batangas cops promoted

CAMP MALVAR, Batangas City – One-hundred eighty-six police officers from Batangas have been promoted and received their ranks during a recent ceremony here.
Batangas police chief Police Col. Geovanny Emerick Sibalo emphasized the importance of loyalty, dedication, professionalism, and public service in their new roles as they take on greater responsibilities in safeguarding the province.
“This promotion is not only a recognition of your past accomplishments but also a call to uphold the highest standards of service, leadership, and discipline, with higher rank comes greater responsibility and greater accountability. Let this achievement remind you that you hold a vital role in society. Use your authority wisely, ethically, and with the clear intent to contribute to the greater good,” said Sibalo.
Sibalo reaffirmed their commitment to provide continuous training and career development opportunities to personnel, ensuring that they remain well-equipped to meet the evolving challenges of policing and community service.
