PlayTime establishes PlayTime Entertainment as new group holding company

PlayTime announces the formation of PlayTime Entertainment, a new group holding company that will guide the organization’s expansion across a broader range of entertainment and digital lifestyle sectors.
Under this enhanced structure, the company’s existing gaming operations will transition into PT Gaming, which will operate as an independent division with its own management team, dedicated resources, and full P&L responsibility. This multi-division framework enables each business line to focus on its respective market and operational priorities.
“PlayTime Entertainment reflects the evolution of our company from a single business into a broader entertainment platform,” said Krizia Cortez, PlayTime Entertainment Director of Public Relations. “Each division will have its own team and the autonomy to develop its own strategy, while remaining aligned with the group’s long-term vision.”
The company highlighted that technology and digital capability have long been core strengths of PlayTime, including expertise in data-driven product development, digital operations and user engagement. These capabilities provide a strong foundation as the group selectively expands into digital content, sports-related initiatives, and AI-driven creative platforms, forming a modern ecosystem that connects technology, entertainment, and consumer experiences.
“Our strength has always been our technology-driven approach,” Cortez added. “This structure allows us to apply that strength across multiple business lines with clarity, focused leadership, and strong governance.”
