Ayala Corp. secured three top honors at the recent Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability (ACES) Awards, achieving a rare sweep of every category in which it was nominated.
The Zobel-led conglomerate was recognized as one of Asia’s Most Influential Companies, Top Community Centric Companies, and Top Workplaces, joining a select group of the region's largest business entities.
The ACES Awards committee selects winners based on a rigorous evaluation of financial metrics and social impact, including revenue, profitability, innovation, and sustainability practices.
Large corporations chosen for the Most Influential category are evaluated on their scale and ability to shape global interactions, while the Community Centric and Top Workplace designations focus on societal well-being and investment in human capital.
Francisco Romero Milán, Ayala Corp. managing director and head of the corporate resources group, said the recognitions reflect the company's purpose of building businesses that create value for all stakeholders.
He added that the awards serve as a testament to the passion and integrity of the company’s workforce.
The group’s success extended to its subsidiaries, with Globe Telecom Inc. named the Best Workplace in Asia and receiving its fifth recognition as an Industry Champion. Asticom, an Ayala portfolio company, was also cited among the region's top workplaces.
As Ayala moves toward its 200th anniversary, the company has underscored strategic priorities rooted in financial stability and innovative expansion.
These latest accolades conclude a year of multiple international honors for the firm in the areas of corporate governance, people management, and community support.
