CAMP DANGWA, Benguet – A total of 553 police officers from the Police Regional Office-Cordillera Administrative Region and regional support units were formally promoted on Monday, Dec. 15, during ceremonies in this camp and Police Provincial Offices in Abra, Apayao, Ifugao, Kalinga, and Mountain Province.
Promoted under PRO-CAR were 12 police commissioned officers and 516 police non-commissioned officers and one PCO and 24 PNCOs from regional support units.
The ceremony was led by Police Brig. Gen. Ericson Dilag, PRO-Cordillera chief, Nathaniel A. Cayaba, acting assistant regional director, National Police Commission-CAR; and Zayne Mark Bongayon, provincial director, Napolcom-Benguet.
Dilag congratulated the promotes and reminded them of their heightened responsibility to the public.
