The Association of Foreign Actors and Models (AFAM) Christmas Gathering held at the REHub Events Place on Dec. 4.
The evening was filled with vibrant performances and warm fellowship. Veteran actors Direk Leo Martinez, Rez Cortez, and Hero Bautista delighted attendees with song numbers that set a joyful tone for the night. Guests also enjoyed a raffle where everyone walked away with a prize of their choice, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the festivities.
Beyond the merriment, the event also carried a meaningful message. Dr. Mary Gaw So, owner of REHub Real Estate Hub, shared a heartfelt testimony about her faith journey and encouraged guests to reflect on the true essence of the season by accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
“AFAM was officially launched on October 24, 2025, coinciding with United Nations Day,” shared Derrick Yu, one of the organization’s founding members. “It was established to provide a collective voice for foreign actors and models working in the Philippines. Our goal is to advocate for fair treatment, enhance career opportunities, and strengthen the professional network for foreign artists within the local creative industries.”
