ILOILO CITY – A conglomerate of the Razon group’s power distribution services in the Visayas has strengthened its partnership with a South Korean firm.
This was after Primelectric Holdings Inc. led by President and CEO Roel Castro conducted a key technical tour of the facilities of Taeyoung Electric Co. Ltd. in South Korea.
Taeyoung Electric is already a supplier of transformers and switchgears of Primelectric’s subsidiaries in three major Visayan islands – MORE Electric and Power Corp. (MORE Power) in Iloilo City, Negros Power in Negros Island, and Bohol Light in Bohol.
“Seeing the precision and scale of operation first-hand is invaluable,” said Castro in a statement.
“It was not just a supplier visit, but it was also an alignment of vision for reliability and technological excellence for our growing customer base,” added Castro.
The technical visit in South Korea was timely as subsidiaries of Primelectric has ongoing expansion projects in operating areas.
