Muntinlupa LGU's 2025 most outstanding employees recognized

The Muntinlupa City government recognized its most outstanding employees for their efficient service. 

Mayor Ruffy Biazon led the awarding of the 13 outstanding employees during the Employees Night on Dec. 12. 

Of the 13, the top three were given plaques of recognition and free overnight hotel accommodation vouchers for two people. 

The top three Muntinlupa City government employees for 2025 are Clyde Jordan De Jesus of the Colegio de Muntinlupa, rank No. 1; Erlindo Abas Jr. of the Department of Agriculture- Muntinlupa, rank No. 2; and Sheilla Enaje of the Social Services Department, rank No. 3. 

The other outstanding employees received baskets of groceries and certificates of recognition. 

The other awardees are: 

• Romil Anne R. Villero – Office of the City Health Officer

• Mary Jane S. Creencia – Local Civil Registry Office

• Christine R. Roy – Muntinlupa City Technical Institute

• Anna Marie A. Amul – Gender and Development Office, SAGIP Ng Muntinlupa

• Eleonor S. Panen – Gender and Development Office

• Raphael Bryan C. Vanguardia – Public Employment Service Office

• Mary Alexis G. Tolentino – Muntinlupa Scholarship Division

• Marilou L. Castillo – Office of the City Health Officer

• Edlaine A. Lapuz – Ospital ng Muntinlupa

• Leodegario C. Lucena – General Services Department
