Drug suspect yields P340K shabu, illegal weapons in Antipolo drug op

A man tagged as a high value individual (HVI) wanted for illegal drugs was arrested by the Antipolo City Police in a drug net operation on Thursday, Dec. 11.
The suspect was identified as Bitoon, who was nabbed along Marcos Highway in Barangay Inarawan, Antipolo City.
Based on the police report, Bitoon was arrested in a joint drug operation conducted by the police with coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) where he yielded 50 grams of shabu worth P340,000, an improvised shotgun with live ammunition, and a hand grenade.
Bitoon was placed under custody and will be facing illegal drugs and illegal possession of firearms and explosives charges.
