A TRIPLE WAVE OF MILESTONES AT AZURE NORTH. Century Properties celebrated three milestones in a day with the first concrete-pouring for Azure North’s first mid-rise tower, Mykonos, the groundbreaking for the Azure North Townvilla, and the turnover of the maiden batch of residents at the Barbados Tower.
Century Properties Group (CPG) marked a historic day for its premiere residential destination in Central Luzon with a “Triple Wave” celebration at the Azure North Estate. The event commemorated three simultaneous development milestones, highlighting the rapid progress and evolving product offerings of the 7.8-hectare estate.
A triple wave of triumphs
Attended by CPG executives, construction partners, consultants, and media partners, the celebration began with the first concrete pouring for the Mykonos Tower, the estate’s first mid-rise building, which was successfully launched earlier this year on February 8, 2025.
This was followed by the groundbreaking of the Azure North Townvillas, marking a significant strategic shift for CPG into the premium house-and-lot market within the estate. Covering 0.8 hectares, this exclusive enclave is designed for families seeking privacy within a resort community. Offering a limited inventory of just 49 units, consisting of spacious 3- and 4-story homes with lot areas ranging from 69 to 133 square meters and featuring up to five bedrooms, the Townvillas are now sold out.
The festivities concluded with the inauguration of the Barbados Tower, the third and final high-rise building in the development, signaling the readiness of new units for turnover to homeowners.
Jules Cruz, group head for corporate communications and marketing of Century Properties Group, Inc., highlighted the significance of celebrating these achievements simultaneously. “This celebration signifies more than just construction milestones; it represents dreams realized and investments fulfilled," Cruz stated. "As we pour the first concrete for Mykonos, break ground on the Townvillas, and open the doors of the Barbados Tower, we aren't just building structures—we are laying the foundation for the Azure North legacy and creating a vibrant community where families can truly thrive.”
Expansion and enhanced resort living
During the event, Cruz shared updates on the construction timelines. The Mykonos Tower is slated for completion by the end of 2027, while the Azure North Townvillas are targeted for completion by 2028.Highlighting the value proposition for future residents—particularly those in the Townvillas who will enjoy lifetime access to the estate's world-class facilities—Cruz revealed exciting news about the amenities. Building on the success of the completed Phase 1 amenities, which include the man-made beach lagoon, wave pool, and exclusive clubhouse, CPG is significantly expanding the resort experience.
“We opened the central amenity area with the wave pool, beach pool, and the clubhouse,” Cruz noted. “Early this year, we also launched the upcoming Water Park... We decided to take it up a notch... doing something more exciting with the upcoming water park.”
Expected to be completed by 2028 alongside the Playpark, these new additions will feature thrilling water slides, a basketball court, a children’s playground, and a pet park, further cementing Azure North’s reputation as a unique residential resort destination.

Investment value and generous living spaces
Azure North continues to see strong market demand. Cruz noted that the high-rise towers are nearly sold out, with the Barbados Tower already 100 percent sold and only a few units remaining in the Townvillas. The Mykonos Tower features generous cuts, which offer significantly more space than industry standards. While Studio units in Metro Manila average between 21 to 25 square meters, Mykonos offers residents between 26.34 to 28.15 square meters. Similarly, its 1BR units average 44 square meters, compared to the 35 to 40 square meter average in the capital—making it the perfect start for working professionals, newlyweds, and investors.
Cruz emphasized the dual value proposition of the estate for Overseas Filipino Workers and investors. “We create exciting developments where families can thrive, children can have fun, and you can also earn from rental income,” Cruz explained. “It’s a home that you can live in, [and] at the same time, you can rent it out. So it pays for itself.”
The Azure North legacy
Located in the heart of San Fernando, Pampanga, near major commercial centers like SM Pampanga and Robinson’s Starmills, Azure North brings the concept of beachfront living to Central Luzon.Cruz stressed that their commitment to keeping up with this growth remains robust as they continuously create wonderful living experiences for Kapampangans and those who choose to make it their home.
"Today’s 'Triple Wave' is a testament to our strong commitment to keeping pace with San Fernando’s rapid growth," said Cruz. "We are moving beyond just opening buildings; we are curating wonderful living experiences. From the Barbados Tower to the new Townvillas, every development is designed to be a place of safety, joy, and lasting connections for our homeowners."
Hinting at further expansion in the region, Cruz added, “We have a new project to be launched soon. Please watch out for it as it is going to be another exciting development.”
