The Taguig City government unveiled the newly renovated South Cembo Multi-Purpose Building and Health Center. 

The ground floor has the parking area, Emergency Response Team Room, and Fire Rescue Team Area. 

It also has the TB DOTS facility, Sangguniang Kabataan Room, Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) Office, Barangay Security Force Office,and the City Social Services Help Desk.

The second floor's Barangay Center Wing has the area for permits and clearances, session hall, conference room, CCTV room, pantry, training plaza, VAWC room, Lupong Tagapamayapa room, breastfeeding area, and offices of the barangay chairman, secretary, administrator, treasurer, kagawad, and staff;.

The Health Center Wing has the consultation room, dental room, animal bite clinic, medical supply storage, prenatal and family planning room, breastfeeding room, records oom, treatment area, and health center office.

The third floor has a covered playing court, the Sports Development Office, and the Office of the Building Manager.

The fourth floor, designed as a roof deck, offers an open, relaxing space for barangay staff and residents.

During the inauguration, Mayor Lani highlighted the importance of community consultations in shaping the building’s design and functions:

“Sa tuwing may pinapagawa po tayong gusali ay sinisikap din po natin na ikonsulta sa mga gagamit nito… ang mga features sa building na ito ay tutugon sa pangangailangan ng ating community (Whenever we build a building, we also try to consult with those who will use it… the features in this building will meet the needs of our community)," said Mayor Lani Cayetano.
