Hilton Manila's Sinagtala spreads a warm holiday glow with festive Filipino flavors
Seasonal buffets, Shanghainese set menus, gourmet takeaways, and radiant hampers headline Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts' Christmas offerings

Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts is embracing the holidays with Sinagtala, its signature seasonal celebration that runs through Dec. 30 and centers on Filipino warmth, generous dining, and curated gifting experiences. The hotel’s annual tradition returns with buffets, set menus, handcrafted treats, and take-home feasts designed for gatherings of families, friends, and colleagues.
“There is something truly uplifting about the holiday season in the Philippines,” General Manager Gagan Talwar said. “Sinagtala reflects this spirit, one that’s rooted in tradition, enriched by warmth, and elevated through experiences designed to make every gathering memorable.”
At Kusina Sea Kitchens, the hotel’s festive buffet lineup showcases seasonal staples such as Rosemary-Roasted Prime Rib, Housemade Lechon, and a Salmon Wellington paired with tartare and red wine sauce. Lunch and dinner buffets start at P3,100 nett from Dec. 1 to 23 and Dec. 26 to 30, with enhanced selections for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at P3,500 nett. A New Year’s Eve dinner buffet and New Year’s Day brunch round out the holiday schedule.
Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise offers a refined alternative for year-end gatherings. Its Festive Set Menu, priced from PHP 30,000 nett for six, and Premium Festive Yum Cha at P2,500 nett per person highlight dishes such as Shanghai-style Five-Spice Smoked Fish, Oolong Tea-Scented Crispy Chicken, and Lobster with Salted Egg Yolk and Crispy Rice Crackers.
Guests looking to dine at home can bring a “star at their table” through gourmet takeaway roasts, including Herb-Crusted Prime Rib Eye, Chicken Relleno, Pork Belly Ham, and Cochinillo Lechon Belly Roll. Takeaway roasts begin at P2,400 nett, while Western and Filipino bundles start at P4,500 nett.
Thoughtful gifting also takes center stage with the Tala, Liwayway, and Sinagtala hampers, priced from P3,000 to P5,800. Each features Filipino-inspired treats, complemented by holiday pastries, truffles, fruitcakes, and woodland-themed cakes beginning at PHP 90 nett.
Holiday cocktails, offered at P500 nett, and the hotel’s Travel With Purpose Bears add cheer to the season, with part of the proceeds supporting the Cottolengo Filipino Foundation.
