Following their stint in the first edition of Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition, Will Ashley, Bianca de Vera, and Dustin Yu reached a new milestone in their careers as they headline their first Metro Manila Film Festival entry, "Love You So Bad."
Bianca shared with us her experience working with her two leading men.
"Sobrang natuwa ako habang nagte-taping kami because syempre with Dustin, first time ko siya makilala sa PBB, and ibang experience naman yung naramdaman ko dun inside with him, and our chemistry inside was so different from taping," Bianca said.
(I was so happy while we were taping because, of course, with Dustin, it was my first time meeting him on PBB, and it was a different experience, our chemistry while there was so different from when we were taping.)
Working with Will for the second time, Bianca mentioned, "With will naman, syempre, this is our second project together. So parang ang masasabi ko with both of them, the kilig they both give me is different. Kumbaga yung nabibigay sa akin ni Will, ganito yung nararamdamang kong kilig pero may ibang klaseng spice. Same goes with Dustin, kinikilig ako pero may ibang layer siya.
(With Will, of course, this is already our second project together. What I can say about both of them is that the excitement they give me is unique in different ways. With Will, it’s a kind of kilig I’m familiar with, but it has its own special flavor. And with Dustin, I’m also excited—just in a different way, with a different layer to it.)" Bianca said.

Bianca highlighted that it is because of their natural chemistry that fans support and believe in them.
"I think ayun yung nakita ng fans in the three of us kaya naniwala sila sa amin. It is because subconsiously hindi namin napapansin na chemistry-wise, we all bring something to the table. (I think that's what the fans saw in the three of us, because subconsciously we didn't notice that chemistry-wise, we all bring something to the table)" Bianca added.
Meanwhile, Dustin shared that he feels comfortable working with Bianca and Will, which makes their chemistry even more natural.
"For me kasi yung kilig, nanggagaling siya pagiging komportable mo sa tao. Since nanggaling kami PBB, sobrang komportable na namin sa isa't-isa at nung dinala namin siya sa set parang natural na talaga, kumbaga genuine talaga, (For me, the kilig comes from being comfortable with the person. Since we came from PBB, we've been very comfortable with each other, and when we brought it on the set, it seemed really natural, like really genuine.)" Dustin said.
Dream come true for Bianca
Headlining her first Star Magic film, Bianca couldn't help but get emotional as she gave thanks to her supporters and her Star Magic fam.
"Ganito pala yung pakiramdam na matupad yung pangarap mo. Sobrang surreal po ng moment na ito for me kasi I've waited for this moment my whole life since bata pa ako, and having myself on a trailer napakarewarding niya, and natutuwa po ako sa little Bianca na nangarap, and I'm so proud of her.
(This is what it feels like to have your dream come true. This moment is so surreal for me because I've waited for this moment my whole life since I was a kid, and having myself on a trailer is so rewarding, and I'm so happy for little Bianca, who dreamed, and I'm so proud of her.)" Bianca said.
Will and Dustin are also proud to be part of the film.
"Speechless po talaga, grabe sobrang nakakatuwa po na makita yung pinaghirapan namin. Grabe din po kasi yung naging preparation namin, kumbaga lahat ng pagod at puyat worth it po talaga. Grateful po ako sa co-stars ko dito.
(I’m honestly speechless. It’s so fulfilling to see all our hard work pay off. We prepared so much for this, and all the exhaustion and late nights were truly worth it. I’m really grateful to my co-stars)" Will said.
"Sobrang saya po ng puso ko ngayon, worth it po lahat. Hindi na po ako makapaghintay mapanood yung pelikula kasi napakaganda po nito.
(My heart is so happy right now, it's all worth it. I can't wait to watch the movie because it's so beautiful.)" Dustin added.
Directed by Mae Cruz Alviar and written by Crystal San Miguel, "Love You So Bad" follows the story of sassy college senior Savannah (Bianca) who is determined to live life on her own terms.
She finds herself torn between two very different men: one who fuels her wild side is bad boy and chick magnet LA (Dustin), and one who challenges her to grow, principled and ambitious is Vic (Will).
As old wounds resurface and difficult choices confront her, she must decide who she really wants to be and who she dares to love.
Premiering on Dec. 25, the film also stars Dimples Romana, Xyriel Manabat, Ralph De Leon, Reign Parani, Zach Castaneda, and Nour Hooshmand.
The film is co-produced by Star Cinema, GMA Pictures, and Regal Entertainment.
