Swatch unveils winter magic with the Mission to Earthphase 'Cold Moon' watch

The limited-edition timepiece is a true collector's item with its unique snowflake design, Moonshine Gold accents, and a winter-themed Snoopy

Swatch Philippines turned its store in Glorietta into a pocket of winter wonder on Dec. 5, 2025, as it unveiled the highly anticipated Mission to Earthphase–Moonshine Gold “Cold Moon.” The arrival of the limited-edition timepiece was just in time for the December Cold Moon, the last supermoon of 2025. This edition captures the enchantment of winter down to its tiniest detail.
A snow-kissed design, no two alike
Inspired by the quiet magic of snowfall, the “Cold Moon” takes the Bioceramic MoonSwatch collection to an even more poetic direction. Each watch carries a different snowflake design etched onto its moon phase indicator, made possible through precision laser work. No two pieces in the world are identical, making every unit a true collector’s dream.
Cloaked in crisp white Bioceramic, the watch evokes snow-covered landscapes. It retains the iconic features of the Speedmaster Moonwatch: the asymmetrical case, the famous dot-over-ninety tachymeter scale on the Bioceramic bezel, and the harmonious dial layout that MoonSwatch fans know by heart.
A sparkly dark-blue moon phase disc features two full moons coated in Omegas’s Moonshine Gold, adding a touch of precious shimmer. At nine o’clock, Snoopy appears once again, this time, in a winter-themed illustration exclusive to the “Cold Moon” release.
The details extend to the essentials: Grade A Super-LumiNova on the hour markers and hands, a biosourced box-shaped crystal engraved with a subtle “S,” and an Earth phase indicator that glows under UV light. The white Velcro rubber strap completes the icy aesthetic.
A winter-limited masterpiece
The Mission to Earthphase–Moonshine Gold “Cold Moon” is available worldwide only during winter until March 20, 2026, and only at Swatch stores that carry the Bioceramic MoonSwatch line. But here’s the twist: after Dec. 4, 2025, it will be sold only on days when snow is falling in Switzerland.
That means, in the Philippines, which has never seen a snowflake, joins the rest of the world in watching the Swiss skies, waiting for snowfall notifications that signal its availability.
A warm welcome to Emman Pacquiao
Adding excitement to the launch, Emman Pacquiao is introduced as the newest member of the Swatch Family. The athlete-model brings a fresh, contemporary energy to the brand, reflecting Swatch’s playful spirit and its long legacy of collaborating with bold, youthful personalities.
