Robinsons Land unveils The Plaza Bagong Silang in Caloocan City
The Plaza at Bagong Silang gives North Caloocan residents convenient access to essential services, retail, and dining options.
On November 28, 2025, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) officially opened The Plaza Bagong Silang, its 57th shopping mall in the country. Designed as a community mall and civic hub, the mall was developed in partnership with the city government of Caloocan. With this milestone public-private partnership (PPP), this development strengthens RLC’s commitment to building better lives for Filipino communities by providing essential services, livelihood opportunities, along with retail and dining experiences closer to one of Metro Manila’s largest urban populations.
“Robinsons Malls redefines what a community-focused mall should be — a development that seamlessly integrates retail, public services, and recreational spaces that help residents thrive,” says Joel Lumanlan, vice president for Marketing and Operations of Robinsons Malls.

Aragon-Go Bio, president and CEO of Robinsons Land Corporation; and Stanley Co, president and CEO of RRHI.
With a 100 percent occupancy rate, The Plaza Bagong Silang showcases a well-curated blend of essential retail and lifestyle stores offering groceries, general merchandise, appliances, technology, and health services such as Maxicare. Dining destinations include Giligan’s, Greenwich, Paotsin, Potato Corner, Kyu Kyu Ramen 99, Zus Coffee, and other crowd favorites, enriching the overall malling experience.
More than a convenient destination for shopping, dining, and everyday errands, this mall also hosts a thoughtfully designed community center on the third floor. “This is a dedicated civic space that houses a health center, a multi-purpose hall, and a basketball court—facilities built to support the well-being, recreation, and everyday needs of the families in the area,” adds Lumanlan.

We are honored to work with the City of Caloocan to bring this vision to life.”
