Stephen Loman (BRAVE CF)
Veteran fighter Stephen "The Sniper" Loman recently inked a multi-bout contract to officially mark his return to BRAVE Combat Federation.
The 30-year-old Loman rejoined the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts where he bagged the inaugural BRAVE CF Bantamweight World Championship via a unanimous decision win over Irish Frans “The Black Mamba” Mlambo in 2016.
He held the strap for three years, highlighted by a fourth-round knockout victory against Algerian Elias “Smile” Boudegzdame at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City way back in 2019.
“Stephen is more than just a former World Champion in our ranks. He is family, a BRAVE CF pioneer, and one of the finest athletes to ever compete in our cage,” said BRAVE CF President Mohammed Shahid.
“We are thrilled to welcome him back and confident that his career is in excellent hands with BRAVE CF,” he added.
Loman has also competed in other promotions, compiling a professional record of 17-3-0 that includes six knockouts and two submissions.
“I am extremely happy to be back home with BRAVE CF,” said Loman. “I am grateful to BRAVE CF for welcoming me back and giving me the chance to continue my journey in the organization that helped me grow as a fighter. Yes, I’m happy to say that I’m back home.”
The Lions Nation MMA standout is targeting a 2026 bout, with hopes of regaining the bantamweight title now in the hands of Serbian star Borislav Nikolić (15-2-0).
