The ceremony, held on Nov. 28, marked a significant partnership between the city government and the renowned institution, representing a major step forward in enhancing Parañaque’s educational landscape.
Olivarez hailed the project as a transformative milestone and a fulfillment of the city’s commitment to progress.
“This ceremony marks the beginning of a new chapter in education and innovation, providing hope, opportunity, and shared purpose for Parañaque,” Olivarez said.
He emphasized the city’s full support for the project and envisioned the new campus as a training ground for future leaders.

The campus, slated for completion in 2027, will begin accepting students for the 2027–2028 academic year. It will also host freshman classes from the School of Multidisciplinary Studies and innovative business programs focusing on Business Intelligence and Analytics and Business Solutions and Applications.
