PRIVATE ROOM The private rooms come gorgeously decorated for the holidays.
It’s a very British Christmas at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill as the restaurant unveils its Festive Menu, which will be offered until Jan. 4, 2026.
There are several appetizers, mains, drinks, and a special dessert to get everyone into a festive holiday mood.
Start with the Kale & Quinoa Christmas Wreath Salad (₱988). Nothing says Christmas more than a literal wreath on your plate, except this one is edible, with flavors bursting from the bite-sized carrots, beetroot, pomegranate, Mandarin oranges, and goat cheese whose colors light up their bed of kale leaves in the same way they light up the taste buds. Sweet, slightly tangy orange dressing is poured tableside to preserve the salad’s crispness and so the diner can adjust the amount of dressing they desire. The result is bright but also earthy, a delicious way to whet one’s appetite.
YULETIDE SALAD The Kale & Quinoa Christmas Wreath Salad’s warm yet bright flavors awakens the tastebuds.
Warm up with the Roasted Carrot Soup flavored with spices and with its heat kicked up by the addition of crispy fermented chili, perfectly cooled down and balanced by creme fraiche and sesame.
HOLIDAY SOUP The Roasted Carrot Soup’s flavors are classic with a hint of the unexpected.
The menu highlights two main courses, both British Christmas staples. First is the roasted turkey, which can be ordered as the Roasted Turkey Breast (₱1,500 per plate) or as a Whole Roasted Turkey (₱16,000. Serves up to 6 guests. For dine-in only. 48 hours pre-order required). The tradition dates back to the 16th Century, with King Henry VIII the first monarch to serve it as the highlight of the Christmas feast. The turkey is soft and juicy and is served with a bevy of delicious sides: beef-fat roasted potatoes, baby carrots, braised red cabbage, and Brussel sprouts, with cranberry jelly and chicken jus on the side to enhance its flavor.
BEEF WELLINGTON Gordon Ramsey’s Beef Wellington is a modern take on British Christmas.
A more recent Christmas dish—one that is synonymous with Gordon Ramsay himself—is Beef Wellington. Groups of up to eight people will enjoy the restaurant’s specialty, a Whole Beef Wellington Log (₱29,888. For dine-in only. 24 horse pre-order required) made with MB7 Waguy beef fillet coated in a mushroom and truffle duxelles, the whole thing wrapped in puff pastry and served with creamed Koffmann’s potatoes and red wine jus.
TURKEY PLATE A plate of Roasted Turkey Breast lets small parties enjoy the celebrations without having to commit to a whole bird.
Cap the already decadent meal with something out of a cozy British novel, Christmas Pudding (₱680) stuffed with so much raisins and currants that the fruits practically spill out when the cake is cut. Brandy butter sauce tops this indulgent dessert.
Of course, no celebration is complete without a little something to bring in tipsy cheer. There is Homemade Mulled Wine (₱550), a traditional holiday drink across many European countries. Citrus and spice-infused Malbec—the scent of Chrismas—is served warm, warming the heart as well as the belly. The Baileys Gingerbread Espresso Affogato Martini (₱550), made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Kahlua Bailey’s Irish Cream, and espresso is a coffee drink that’s a little bit naughty. The Christmas Baumbletini (₱550), a mix of Tanqueray Gin, raspberry syrup, chamomile apple syrup, and lemon, orange bitters, could easily be the life of the Christmas party, and the New year’s Midnight Glitter (₱550)—sparkling wine, St. Germain Liqueur and soda—is tinsel in a glass. The restaurant also offers virgin cocktails for those who want to indulge in non-alcoholoc fun.
You don’t have to leave Manila to experience Christmas in the UK. At Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, celebrations are always merry and bright.
