Construction worker arrested for drug case in Taguig

Taguig police arrested a construction worker who is facing a criminal case for illegal drugs on Dec. 2.

Alias Kenneth, 35, a resident of Barangay Western Bicutan, Taguig, was nabbed by the police in an operation in the same barangay. 

The police listed the suspect as the No. 6 most wanted person (station level) for December. 

His apprehension was carried out based on a warrant of arrest for service of sentence issued on Oct. 8 by Acting Presiding Judge Jonathan Del Marlock of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 267. 

The judge issued the warrant of arrest for a criminal case for violation of Section 11 (possession of dangerous drugs) under Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002). 

Kenneth was brought to the Taguig City Health Office for physical and medical examination.
