“Sikapin natin sa araw-araw ang puso ng bata ay sumaatin (Let us strive every day to have the heart of the child with us),” said Mayor Lani Cayetano as she led the ceremonial lighting of the Christmas tree and the illumination of the lakeside holiday village. Other officials joined the opening.
