The city government said the ceremony will be held at the Landmark P. Aquino in Barangay Tonsuya on Thursday, Dec. 4.
In line with this, a portion of P. Aquino corner Dagat-Dagatan up to P. Aquino Avenue along C-4 Road will be temporarily closed starting at 2 p.m. until the program concludes.
Motorists were advised to take alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion.
Vehicles heading to P. Aquino Avenue may pass through C-4 Road, turn right to Dagat-Dagatan Avenue, and proceed back toward P. Aquino Avenue.
The city government urged motorists and commuters to follow posted advisories, obey traffic personnel on duty, and exercise patience during the temporary closure.
