PH bet Myrna Esguerra finishes 4th runner-up at Miss International 2025

Myrna Esguerra of the Philippines finished 4th runner-up at the Miss International 2025 beauty pageant held in Tokyo, Japan, on Thursday night.

Catalina Duque of Colombia was crowned 63rd Miss International. Outgoing Miss International Thanh Thuy Huynh of Vietnam crowned her. Eighty candidates vied for the title of 2025 Miss International.

Other winners were Indonesia (3rd runner-up), Bolivia (2nd runner-up), and Zimbabwe (1st runner-up).

Catalina Duque of Colombia is crowned as Miss International 2025 by outgoing Miss International 2024 Thanh Thuy Huynh of Vietnam.

The Philippines has won the Miss International crown six times: Gemma Cruz (1964), Aurora Pijuan (1970), Melanie Marquez (1979), Precious Lara Quigaman (2005), Bea Rose Santiago (2013), and Kylie Verzosa (2016).

Stella Marquez Araneta from Colombia is the first Miss International. She settled in the Philippines after marrying Jorge Araneta. The Aranetas organize the annual Binibining Pilipinas pageant, which sends candidates to beauty contests abroad, including Miss International.
