Man found dead, hands bound, in Gen. Trias

CAVITE – A decomposing body of a man was found on Advincula Road in General Trias City on Wednesday, Nov. 26.
The General Trias Component City Police Station (General Trias CCPS) received a report from a man sweeping and clearing the pavement.
He reportedly noticed a foul odor coming from a grassy area nearby and approached the spot to find the source of the smell.
He was shocked to find the bloated body of a man wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts.
A report from the Police Regional Office 4A said the victim had a plastic bag wrapped around his head, and his hands were tied behind his back, with the binding looped around his neck.
Police are now investigating the case to identify the victim and establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
