SPRINGBUILD expands in Cavite, opens new HQ to meet middle-market housing demand
SPRINGBUILD Development Inc. inaugurated its new corporate headquarters in General Trias, Cavite, marking a significant step in scaling operations to capitalize on the sustained shift of families from Metro Manila.
The new office, located on the developing Open Canal Road corridor in Barangay Pasong Camachile II, reflects the company's evolution from a small service provider into a rising player in the regional real estate market. The move underscores SPRINGBUILD’s long-term strategy to deliver thoughtfully planned, accessible communities to the Filipino middle market.
“This new space reflects the journey we’ve taken from learning the ropes on the ground to developing entire communities,” said Jen Trinidad, CEO of SPRINGBUILD.
Trinidad, who brings 23 years of experience from the country’s largest property developers, emphasized the company’s commitment to quality and customer experience. “It symbolizes our dedication to provide buyers with a delightful experience in home purchase and our perseverance to discover better ways to get things done when faced with challenges.”
From repair to development
Founded in 2016 as a house repair service in Cavite, SPRINGBUILD shifted focus in 2019 to outsourced services—managing sales, marketing, construction, and loan processing—for a prominent local developer. This transition paved the way for its current model as a full-service residential developer specializing in the mid-market segment.
As improved infrastructure and new business districts continue to transform Cavite, more Filipino families are moving beyond the National Capital Region seeking better living options. SPRINGBUILD is responding by developing low-density, planned communities.
The company holds key land banks, totaling 4.5 hectares in General Trias and 12 hectares in Naic, providing a strong pipeline for phased expansion.
Focus on usability and value
SPRINGBUILD's offerings prioritize functionality and space. The Michelle House Model in San Miguel Subdivision, Molino, Bacoor, for example, features a generous usable floor area of 158.1 sq.m. on a typical 240 sq.m. lot. The price for this model ranges between ₱8 million and ₱10 million.
“Our goal has always been to offer more than just housing,” said Michelle Lleva, Operations Manager. “We aim to provide real solutions to the everyday challenges of Filipino families.”
SPRINGBUILD states it remains focused on its core mission: building communities where families can thrive, connect, and grow with confidence amid the province's rapid urbanization.
