Road closures, rerouting set for AIA Rock 'n' Roll Manila on Nov. 26–29

The Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) and the Manila Police District (MPD) have released the list of road closures and alternate routes for the AIA Rock ‘n’ Roll Manila event from Nov. 26 to 29, 2025.
Motorists are advised to avoid the affected roads and take the designated alternative routes to prevent heavy traffic and delays.
Road closures:
Independence Road
• Nov. 26, 7 a.m. to Nov. 29, 5 p.m.
Katigbak Drive (Burnham Green side)
• Nov. 27, 7 a.m. to Nov. 29, 12 n.n.
South Drive (Burnham Green side)
• Nov. 28, 12:01 a.m. to Nov. 29, 12 n.n.
Roxas Blvd. (Katigbak Drive to South Drive – Kilometer Zero side)
• Nov. 28, 8 p.m. to Nov. 29, 12 n.n.
• Nov. 28, 9 p.m. to Nov. 29, 12 n.n.
Additional closures from Nov. 28–29:
Roxas Blvd. from Katigbak Drive to Pres. Quirino Ave.
Westbound lane of Quirino Ave. (Adriatico St. to Roxas Blvd.)
Westbound lane of T.M. Kalaw Ave. (M.H. Del Pilar St. to Roxas Blvd.)
Bonifacio Drive (Anda Circle to Katigbak Drive)
Katigbak Drive and South Drive
Independence Road
P. Burgos Ave. (Roxas Blvd. to Jones Bridge, northbound), extending to Quintin Paredes St. corner Ongpin St.

Rerouting of Vehicles
Starting Nov. 27, 7 a.m.
Vehicles from P. Burgos Ave. heading to Roxas Blvd. (southbound) should take Roundtable, then Ma. Orosa St.
Trailer trucks and heavy vehicles from Bonifacio Drive should take P. Burgos Ave., Finance Road, Ayala Blvd., and San Marcelino St.
Starting Nov. 28–29, 9 p.m.
Vehicles from Taft Ave. (northbound) heading to Jones Bridge may use MacArthur Bridge or Quezon Bridge.
Motorists from Kalaw Ave. heading to Roxas Blvd. (southbound) should take M.H. Del Pilar St.
Vehicles from Ma. Orosa St. heading to P. Burgos Ave. should take Kalaw Ave. and Taft Ave.
Vehicles from A. Mabini St. should take Kalaw Ave. and Taft Ave.
From U.N. Ave., motorists should use the Roxas Blvd. Service Road.
Trailer trucks from Pasay using Roxas Blvd. (northbound) should turn right to Pres. Quirino Ave., while light vehicles may use the service road.
Vehicles from westbound Quirino Ave. should turn left to Adriatico St.
Vehicles from Delpan Bridge should turn left to A. Soriano Ave. and proceed to Magallanes Drive.
Vehicles from Jones, MacArthur, and Quezon Bridges (southbound) should use Taft Ave.
From westbound Ayala Blvd., vehicles should turn right to Taft Ave.
Trailer trucks from Mel Lopez Blvd. (R-10) should turn left to Capulong St., then Yuseco St., and proceed to Lacson Ave. (old truck route).
