Four days after Fatima Bosch of Mexico was crowned the 74th Miss Universe, the new beauty queen appeared to respond to the criticisms surrounding her pageant journey in Thailand.

On Nov. 25, Fatima shared a quote on Instagram, stating that she believes God's judgment is far more important than others' opinions.

Fatima wrote, "What God knows about you is more important than what others think about you. God knows your heart."

The past few days have been marked by controversies surrounding the 74th Miss Universe beauty pageant in Thailand, including walkouts by candidates and the alleged resignations of three judges before the finals.

This development came as the 74th Miss Universe beauty pageant broke records, becoming the most-viewed edition in history with 2.6 billion total views, according to the Miss Universe Organization.

It also earned 1.7 billion on Instagram, 87 million on TikTok, and 817 million on Facebook.
