13-year-old boy dies after being run over by 10-wheeler truck in Manila

A 13-year-old boy died on the spot after he was run over by a 10-wheeler truck in Tondo, Manila, on Tuesday, Nov. 25.
Police said the boy was earlier seen playing with his friends while they were crossing the road.
According to investigators, the truck driver had stopped because his vehicle was overheating.
He parked the truck to put water in the radiator. When he started the engine again, he heard a loud sound.
The driver did not know that the boy had gone under the truck while playing.
He immediately stopped and checked and found the boy already dead beneath the vehicle.
Police are still investigating the incident, and the driver is now under police custody for questioning.
