"Congressmeow" Cavite 4th district Rep. Francisco "Kiko" Barzaga took a momentary break from his political shitposting over the weekend to candidly admit that Miss Universe Philippines 2025 Ma. Ahtisa Manalo was way out of his league.
In a Facebook post over the weekend, the 27-year-old  Barzaga wrote: "Di kami bagay ni Athisa Manalo, mga muse nga sa barangay di ako sinasagot, Miss Universe pa kaya?"
(Me and Ahtisa Manalo aren't a match. Muses from villages igmore me when I court them, how much more a Miss Universe?)
The eccentric solon's self-effacing remark coincided with the recent Miss Universe 2025 pageant, wherein the 28-year-old Manalo placed third runner-up.
A lot of pageant observers reckoned that the Filipino model should have placed higher in the annual competition.
At any rate, one casual look at Barzaga's social media would suggest that the bachelor is quite confident around pretty girls like Manalo.
