Royale Homes celebrates 31st anniversary

Sta. Lucia Land’s exclusive marketing arm, Royale Homes Marketing Corporation (RHMC), went to Bauan, Batangas to celebrate 31 glorious years of real estate excellence and quality service.
Held in both Catalina Lake Residences and SotoGrande Hotel and Convention Center Bauan last September 2025, the two-day celebration was marked with energy, excitement, and great memories. Several activities were lined up and were eagerly participated in by the staff and members of the salesforce from various RHMC branches.

The celebration opened with different sets of team-building challenges and fun games held at the Catalina Lake Sports Clubhouse. Later in the day, a Thanksgiving Mass was held, followed by an awarding ceremony.
It was during the awarding ceremony where outstanding employees were honored, as well as other special awards were given, including the Service Award, Outstanding Branch, Favorite of the Family, and Employee of the Year. The awardees were presented with a special token and cash prizes.
Beyond the awards, the night was also an opportunity to highlight some of the key moments and milestones of the year; the evening program also included a raffle portion.

Sotto, Royale Homes President Matilde Robles, Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration Melinda A. Bernardino.

Towards the second day, both salesforce and employees engaged in a high-spirited fun run around some of the prominent areas of the Catalina Lake Residences, including its spectacular lighthouse and lake area.
Catalina Lake Residences is one of the flagship projects of Sta. Lucia Land in Batangas.
The celebration drew to a close after the fun run event, leaving all participants to look forward to the anniversary celebration of next year.

Throughout the event, Royale Homes emphasized on the very core of the celebration which is centered upon the values of unity and its purpose to showcase the dedication of every member of its family which constantly upholds its excellence for over three decades.
More than a corporate event, the celebration was a meaningful gathering for the company which indeed fully captured the essence of this year’s theme which is: “We are ONE at 31. Beyond Extraordinary, Inspiring a legacy.”
Executive members present throughout the event were led by Sta. Lucia President and CEO Exequiel Robles, RHMC Executive Committee Matilde P. Robles, and Ma. Melinda A. Bernardino and Vice Presidents Joanna Robles-Tolentino, Marvin Bernardino, and Erica Sotto-Davis.
