Sustainability has long been synonymous with the Ayala Group, and its commitment to creating healthier, people-centered developments has now earned recognition from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The company recently received top WELL certifications for Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower Two, underscoring its focus on building environments that support well-being, productivity, and long-term performance.
Ayala Corporation earned a WELL v2 Platinum Certification for its headquarters, the highest distinction granted by IWBI, making it the first head office in the country and among the few in Southeast Asia to achieve this level. Property developer Ayala Land, meanwhile, secured a WELL Gold Certification for the same tower, its newest flagship office development that houses major local and international firms as well as embassies, marking its first WELL Gold recognition for an office project.

During the event ceremonies at the Ayala Corporation headquarters, IWBI Senior Vice President and Head of Asia Pacific Jack Noonan presented the certifications to Ayala Corporation and Ayala Land. The event was attended by senior leaders, including Ayala Corporation Chairman Jaime Zobel de Ayala, President and CEO Cezar P. Consing, Corporate Resources Group Head and Chief Human Resources Officer Francisco Romero Milán, People Experience Head Sherry M. Gosiengfiao, Ayala Land Offices Vice President and Head Carol T. Mills, and Business Development Head Gail S. Yambao.
Consing emphasized the philosophy behind pursuing these recognitions, sharing, “These certifications reflect the importance we place on creating workspaces that promote well-being and sustainability. Superior workspaces foster productivity, creativity, teamwork and a sense of purpose.”
