Fire hits residential area in Mendiola, Manila

A fire broke out in a residential area along Concepcion Aguila corner 3rd Street, Mendiola, Manila, on Friday, Nov. 21.

According to TXTFIRE Philippines, the fire started at 3:14 p.m. and escalated to a second alarm at 3:19 p.m.

The blaze was extinguished at 3:46 p.m.

As of this writing, authorities were still investigating the cause of the fire.

The number of affected families and the estimated damage are yet to be determined.
