According to the Antipolo City Component Police Station (Antipolo CCPS), the robbery-hold-up occurred around 11:13 p.m. in Sitio Macopa.
Based on the investigation, three unidentified men wearing helmets and face masks or bonnets alighted from their getaway motorcycles and entered the coffee shop.
The suspects suddenly declared a hold-up by saying, “Ibigay ang mga gamit at walang tatawag ng pulis (Hand over your belongings and do not call the police),” while pointing a handgun at the victims inside the shop.
They forcibly took several items from the victims, including an iPhone XR worth P10,000; two units of Infinix Hot 30i worth P10,000; a Huawei tablet worth P15,000; an HP laptop worth P17,000; an iPhone 14 Plus worth P70,000; a Motorola Edge 2021 worth P25,000; and about P20,000 in cash from the shop’s sales.
The suspects also took various identification cards of the victims. They then fled toward Masinag on their motorcycles, where their three cohorts were waiting.
Authorities said they are now conducting a follow-up investigation to identify and arrest the suspects and recover the stolen items.
