A man was arrested by the members of the Rizal Police Provincial Intelligence Team and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) during a raid on a suspected shabu laboratory in Antipolo, Rizal, on Nov. 16.
Police said the suspect, identified as "Joel," was arrested in Barangay San Jose. His two other cohorts -- "Jazz,” a Korean-American national, and “Pai," remain at large.
Authorities recovered 300 grams of shabu worth P900,000 from Joel, as well as other items used in the development and distribution of illegal substances, including bottles of methamphetamine chloride and laboratory devices.
