AREIT, INC. has issued a notice for a Special Stockholders’ Meeting (SSM), which will be conducted in a fully virtual format on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 10:00 o’clock in the morning.
Stockholders will only be able to attend the meeting through remote communication and vote in absentia, electronically, or by proxy. The meeting will be accessible via https://conveneagm.com/ph/AREIT2025SSM. Only stockholders of record as of November 12, 2025, are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, this meeting.
The procedures for remote communication and casting votes (in absentia, electronically, or by proxy) are fully detailed in the Information Statement. Duly accomplished proxy forms and voting instructions must be submitted on or before December 1, 2025, either to the physical office address (37/F Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2, Paseo de Roxas corner Makati Avenue, Makati City) or by email.
All official email communications must be sent to [email protected] before the designated deadlines. Stockholders are strongly advised to consult the Information Statement for complete instructions regarding registration and voting procedures.
