3 drug suspects killed in Cubao shootout

Three drug suspects were killed in a shootout with members of the Philippine National Police–Drug Enforcement Group (PNP-DEG) along 13th Avenue in Barangay Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City, on Tuesday, Nov. 18. 

According to the initial report, the suspects allegedly opened fire at DEG operatives during the buy- bust operation, prompting the lawmen to retaliate. 

Police said further investigations are ongoing.
