ES Bersamin on reports that he has been replaced: Let's wait for official announcement

Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Monday, Nov. 17, neither confirmed nor denied that he has been replaced as executive secretary.
"Let's wait for the official announcement," Bersamin said in a message when asked if it was true that he has been replaced.
Bersamin also denied on Sunday, Nov. 16, that he was stepping down or being replaced as executive secretary, saying the reported change in the Cabinet was "not true until it actually happens."
"Not true until it actually happens. I don't know how the speculation started," Bersamin said on Sunday.
On Monday morning, rumors that Finance Secretary Ralph Recto was appointed as the new executive secretary have been going around.
Recto also denied the reports, saying he was not aware of any movement in the Cabinet. He added that no other position was being offered to him.
