CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The Police Regional Office-3 is on full alert as the three-day Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) rally for transparency from Nov. 16 to 18 in Manila starts on Sunday.
More than 2,200 personnel will be mobilized to support the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) in security, public safety, and crowd management.
The PRO-3 said their personnel are composed of 1,130 Civil Disturbance Management Unit contingents and support teams and 1,130 standby forces.
“Our personnel are fully prepared to support NCRPO and ensure that the activity remains safe, orderly, and peaceful. The INC community is known to be peace-loving and disciplined, and we are confident that the event will proceed calmly. Our police deployment aims to ensure the safety of all rallyists and the smooth conduct of the entire activity,” Peñones said.
He assured the public that they will observe maximum tolerance, courtesy, and professionalism, working side-by-side with stakeholders to maintain peace, safeguard participants, and ensure the safe and orderly conduct of the activity.
