Paseo de Roxas is set to turn into a Latin street fiesta as Sabor Latino 2025 takes over on November 15 and 16, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., beside Ayala Triangle Gardens. The two-day event, organized by Latin American Commercial Services Manila (LCS Manila), is the first large-scale festival in the Philippines dedicated to the food and culture of Latin America.
The open-air celebration will bring together chefs, artisans, and performers from across the region. Visitors can expect a full sensory experience—street-style tacos, smoky churrasco, creamy Brazilian açaí, and golden churros served with thick chocolate. Drinks, handicrafts, and homegrown products will also be part of the showcase.
According to organizers, “Sabor Latino 2025 will offer food from Latin American countries, as well as drinks, handicrafts, and other products. But that’s not all, there will be entertainment, workshops and music at the event.”
The festival also serves as a platform for Latin American businesses and distributors looking to connect with Filipino retailers and consumers. It introduces authentic regional products to a growing local market that continues to embrace diverse cuisines.
Sambazon and Organique Philippines are Platinum Sponsors of the event, with Havaianas as Gold Sponsor. Silver Sponsors include Ayala Land, Delsey Juices, Giffard, Grand Cru, Nacho King, and The Bistro Group brands La Lola Churreria and El Pollo Loco.
Venue partners are Ayala Land and Make It Makati, while cultural and institutional partners include Bantu PH, Football Amigos PH, Generations Home, Instituto Cervantes de Manila, Makati Salsa Club, UP Circulo Hispánico, and the UST Department of Modern Languages. Media partners are The Philippine Business and News (PhilBiz News), Manila Bulletin, Tempo, and WhenInManila.com.
Organizers said the event will bring together culture, community, and commerce through shared appreciation of Latin American traditions. The weekend is expected to draw a lively crowd to Ayala Triangle, with live bands, salsa performances, and Latin beats filling the street.
As the night settles over Makati, visitors can unwind with a mojito in hand or dance to a conga rhythm that carries through the city air. Sabor Latino 2025 is shaping up to be a weekend of flavor, music, and movement—a slice of Latin spirit in the heart of Manila.
