Kai Ballungay set the tone to the hot start for the Fuel Masters, making his first six attempts on the field and then registering a double-double right at the opening quarter to lift his team back to the winning column.
Phoenix picked up its second win in seven games while Terrafirma found itself further down the standings after absorbing its fifth straight defeat for a 1-6 record.
The 6-foot-7 big man led the way with 19 points and 12 rebounds as Phoenix kept Terrafirma at bay in the middle quarters before completely tearing the game apart in the final frame behind a 23-8 quarter scoring.
Ricci Rivero had 16 points and six rebounds while Bryan Santos chipped in 12 built on four triples. Jason Perkins also had 12 points, seven rebounds and five assists.
The lopsided victory spoiled the first game together of brothers Maverick and Jerrick Ahanmisi.
The two, however, played poorly, only mustering a combined six points on 2-of-11 shooting from the field.
Paolo Hernandez paced the Dyip with 14 points while Louie Sangalang and Aljon Mariano had 13 and 11 respectively.
