Newborn baby left under bridge in Quezon

CANDELARIA, Quezon - A newborn infant was found under a bridge at the bypass road in Barangay Bukal here on Tuesday morning, Nov. 11.
A concerned citizen discovered the baby and informed the police.
Police, with municipal disaster office responders, rescued the baby.
The baby's umbilical chord was still uncut when found.
Police are investigating to find out who left the baby in the area.
