Ayala Land and Eton Properties celebrate a milestone in their shared vision of connected, eco-conscious communities

More developments today are embracing sustainable models that prioritize open spaces, that create environments where residents and guests can relax, work, and live harmoniously. Ayala Land Inc. continues to lead this movement, and together with Eton Properties Philippines Inc., it celebrates another milestone in this vision with the topping-off ceremony of The Lattice by Alveo Land.
The Lattice, Alveo’s first residential condominium in Parklinks, stands tall within the estate with direct access to the three-hectare Central Park, the riverside Eco Esplanade, and the Green Spine, along with walkways and bike lanes connecting key areas. The ceremony highlights Parklinks’ continued growth and commitment to sustainable urban living, as the 35-hectare mixed-use estate along the C-5 corridor between Quezon City and Pasig dedicates half of its area to open spaces.

Anton Sanchez III, vice president for the project development group of Alveo Land, shared how The Lattice captures the vision of Parklinks as a community seamlessly connected to nature, saying, “The Lattice at Parklinks truly embodies the essence of Central Park living. Here, you don’t just live beside the park—you live right above it, with the estate’s three-hectare Central Park literally at your doorstep. It’s a rare experience where nature, leisure, and modern living blend effortlessly.”
Echoing this, Tintin Enriquez-Yabao, Ayala Land Estates marketing manager for new estates developments and business synergies, added, “Parklinks is more than a residential address, it’s a long-term investment in quality living. With its strategic location, green spaces, and integrated lifestyle offerings, Parklinks represents a rare opportunity to own property in a future-ready urban estate.”
Complementing Parklinks’ residential developments are new lifestyle, educational, and leisure destinations that reinforce its vision of a sustainable urban community. The soon-to-open Parklinks Mall, a 115,000-square-meter lifestyle hub by Ayala Malls, will feature curated dining, retail, and wellness concepts. Also underway is Casa Ibarra Parklinks, a 3,178-square-meter events venue set to open in 2026 for weddings, celebrations, and corporate functions. The estate will also house the Multiple Intelligence International School (MIIS), opening in the 2026–2027 academic year with a four-story campus featuring culinary labs, maker spaces, and a 5,000-square-meter multi-purpose field.

Enhancing connectivity, the 110-meter Parklinks Bridge links Quezon City and Pasig with dedicated lanes for pedestrians and cyclists, while open-air amenities such as the metro’s largest off-leash Pet Park promote recreation and community wellness. Beyond The Lattice, Parklinks also features the North and South Towers by Ayala Land Premier, offering premium residences with sweeping views of the city and the Marikina River. Both towers connect directly to the mall and the Eco Esplanade, underscoring the estate’s seamless integration of vertical living and open spaces.
