Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando on Monday morning, Nov. 10, reminded Bulakenyos, especially those in low-lying areas, to remain cautious even as Typhoon Uwan has exited the Luzon landmass.

Fernando said that despite Uwan’s exit, the typhoon continues to bring moderate to intense rainfall, with storm signals No. 1 to 4 still in effect.
