Senate postpones work on Nov. 10 schedule due to 'Uwan'

The Senate is supposed to resume its sessions on Nov. 10, Monday, after a three week break, but Senate President Vicente Sotto III has ordered the suspension of work due to the super typhoon.
“In view of the forecast of heavy rainfall and other potential impacts of Super Typhoon Uwan, Senate President Vicente Sotto III has ordered the suspension of work at the Senate tomorrow, 10 November 2025,” Senate Secretary Renato Bantug said in the advisory.
