Coast Guard bans travel of all types of watercraft in Rizal's Laguna Lake

All types of watercraft are banned to travel to and from Talim Island while the province is under the threat of Storm Uwan.

In its Sea Travel advisory, the Philippine Coast Guard said the movement of all types of watercraft in the waters of Laguna Lake within Rizal Province has been suspended starting Nov. 8.

Philippine Coast Guard Station Rizal Chief, Lt. Alvin Austria, said the suspension took effect starting at 5 a.m. on Nov. 8
