Isabela native products featured in trade fair

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – The province of Isabela is featuring top native products at the 1st Isabela Best Laku in the Metro: A Provincial OTOP Trade Fair from Nov. 8 to 15 at the Festival Mall in Alabang, Muntinlupa City with the theme Celebrating the Isabelino Ingenuity in the Metropolis.

The event is organized by the Provincial Government of Isabela in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)-Isabela Provincial Office.

The flagship promotional event showcases the creativity, resilience, and innovation of local enterprises while promoting the MSME sector through expanded market access, inclusive growth, and rural employment generation.

Highlights of the event are Moda Isabela Fashion Show, celebrating local craftsmanship through wearable art; Makan ken Mainum, featuring local coffee, cacao, teas, and wines; live craft demonstrations, including basket making, weaving, and pottery by local artisans; buyers’ matching sessions, connecting MSMEs with institutional buyers, and investment promotion activities.

The term Best Laku comes from the Ybanag word meaning best-selling, symbolizing the province’s vision to bring its top-performing products and proud local enterprises into the national limelight.
