Abacus Global Technovisions, Inc. will conduct its annual meeting of stockholders on November 27, 2025, Thursday at 3:00 p.m., via the Zoom video conferencing platform, hosted from the principal office in Milagrosa, Quezon City.
Stockholders who will participate in the Annual Stockholders’ meeting must send their email to [email protected] no later than November 14, 2025, to receive their confirmation of registration, Zoom ID and password.
Stockholders who cannot attend the meeting may designate their authorized representative by submitting a duly accomplished proxy form to the Office of the Secretary, 135 JP Rizal St. Milagrosa, Quezon City no later than November 21, 2025.
