American tech firm DXC launches Philippine innovation hub

American technology services provider DXC Technology is expanding its presence in the Philippines with the launch of its first client experience center, designed to enhance the delivery of its artificial intelligence (AI)– powered solutions.
The client experience center, located in Taguig City, will serve as a platform where DXC customers, partners, and employees can exchange ideas and collaborate.
"This center harnesses the strength of DXC’s exceptional talent across the Philippines as well as our clients' increased focus on AI-powered solutions," said DXC Consulting and Engineering Services President Ramnath Venkataraman.
"It is a strategic engine of innovation for DXC showcasing how we partner with global customers to lead through transformation and meet the challenges of tomorrow,” he added.
DXC envisions the client experience center to be a co-creation hub that builds upon its role of supporting mission-critical applications, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity services. 
As part of the company’s AI-first strategy, the facility features an AI incubation hub focused on developing and deploying next-generation solutions.
These solutions, according to DXC, combine AI with traditional enterprise technology services.
It also features an AI-first 24/7 security operations center that will serve as a centralized hub for monitoring, detecting, and responding to potential security threats. This will span across DXC’s global customer base.  
DXC Philippines’ global delivery center, which houses the new facility, currently serves as DXC Technology’s SAP center of excellence.
DXC is in partnership with German software company SAP to deliver the latter’s wide-ranging technological solutions.
The SAP center in the country is the company’s largest concentration of SAP capabilities and expertise globally, with over 1,800 consultants based in the country.
DXC’s SAP team in the Philippines supports more than 350 enterprise customers and accounts globally. 
DXC has maintained a strong presence in the Philippines, supporting clients across key industries such as consumer and retail, manufacturing, insurance, banking, automotive, and public sector.
The company said the client experience center underscores its long-term commitment to talent, innovation, and customer success in the country. 
DXC currently employs around 7,000 workers nationwide.
