ZAMBOANGA CITY - Two vessels were involved in a minor collision at the port of Jolo in Sulu province on Tuesday morning, Nov. 4.

The incident occurred in the midst of rough seas and strong winds brought about by turbulent weather conditions.

No major injuries were reported as port authorities quickly responded to ensure the safety of passengers.

Port operations temporarily slowed down as concerned agencies started their investigation to determine the cause of the collision.
