2 wanted men nabbed in Las Piñas, Pasay on All Souls' Day

Two wanted persons were arrested in separate police operations in Las Piñas City and Pasay City on All Souls' Day.
The suspects were identified as Moises, 33, wanted for 30 counts of theft, and Jemenia, 25, wanted for acts of lasciviousness.
Col. Sandro Tafalla, Las Piñas City police chief, said Moises -- ranked as the No.10 most wanted person -- was apprehended on Sunday, Nov. 2, by members of the Warrant and Subpoena Section at his residence in Barangay Talon Tres.
Tafalla said Moises was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Pia Cristina B. Bersamin-Embuscado of Las Piñas Regional Trial Court Branch 198, with a recommended bail of P684,000.00.
In Pasay City, Jemenia -- charged with acts of lasciviousness in relation to Section 5(B) of Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act) -- was apprehended on the same day at Tramo Street, Barangay 46, Pasay City.
Jemenia was nabbed by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jehan Batua Sampao-Hassiman, of Pasay City Family Court, Branch 11, with a recommended bail of P108,000.
Both suspects are now detained at the police custodial facility.
