MARIJUANA seized in the Cordillera.
CAMP DANGWA, Benguet – The Police Regional Office-Cordillera Administrative Region confiscated illegal drugs worth P74.9 million in October.
The PRO-Cordillera Regional Operations Division said 46 suspected drug pushers were arrested in 86 anti-drug operations from Oct. 1 to 30.
Suspects were caught in 47 marijuana eradication operations, 21 buy-bust operations, 13 search warrant implementations, three police responses, and one service of a warrant of arrest and a checkpoint.
Twelve were listed high-value individuals and 34 were street-level individuals.
Recovered were 1.2 kilos of shabu, 35 milliliters of liquid shabu, 257,658 fully-grown marijuana plants, 19,478 marijuana seedlings, 120 milliliters of marijuana oil, and 116,367 grams of dried marijuana leaves and fruiting tops with a total standard drug price of P74,926,927.15.
