There's a home for every kind of home seeker
RLC Residences are pre-selling developments for the discerning homeowners
Sierra Valley Gardens has recreational amenities such as a lap pool.
As the residential arm of Robinsons Land, RLC Residences has crafted projects dedicated to forward-thinking home seekers, whether they are starting fresh, growing a family, or building their investments. In redefining the home-buying experience, these developments offer pre-selling terms that provide more choices, greater flexibility, and thoughtfully designed homes.
Known as one of the country’s top condo brands, RLC Residences’ track record speaks of building homes designed with smart features, balanced amenities, and strategic accessibility. Its pre-selling portfolio is suited to different chapters in life, offering a range of condo units buyers can choose from based on their lifestyle, resources, and time frame.
"We put the spotlight on Sierra Valley Gardens for youngsters who are ready to start on their own, Mira for young families who are ready to grow, and Le Pont for those who have reached success and are ready to live the best life," said Teddy Bernas, OIC business unit general manager of RLC Residences, in a media event held at City Life Gallery, Robinsons Galleria, on October 23, 2025.
Located in Cainta, Rizal, the Sierra Valley Gardens’ fifth tower has 24 floors with 502 rooms, from studio to bedroom units. The residential building is located within Sierra Valley Destination Estate, an 18-hectare development featuring 12 buildings, commercial hubs, and office spaces. It offers future-ready homes for young independent individuals who are ready to live on their own. Its key features include the hydroponics farm, solar panels, and built-in smart home devices. Amenities include open spaces, a gym area, and a clubhouse.

“Its turnover date is March 2030. Buyers still have about four to five years to prepare for their new home,” said Katrina Tordilla, RLC Residences head of business development.
Mira is a high-rise residential condominium project in Cubao, Quezon City, consisting of four towers, with two already on sale. The first tower has 539 units, while the second has 538 units with turnover dates in November 2030 and February 2031, respectively. Available units are studio, single, and twin bedrooms.
“It’s for millennial family builders, recently married with their first kid, or growing families. For building family-centric communities, we have amenities that distinctly cater to them,” said Tordilla. Among the amenities are the clinic for child care, the learnscape and playscape for young learners, and a pet park for families with fur babies.
Mira also dedicates 40 percent of its land to open spaces, where residents can enjoy the outdoors, whether picnicking at the Glamping Nooks or simply taking in the city skyline from the Garden View Deck.
Le Pont Residences is located in Bridgetowne Destination Estate, Robinson Land's premium estate development spanning the border of Pasig and Quezon City. It has two towers, with one containing 506 units and the other 644. The towers have a mix of unit types, such as studios, two- to four-bedroom units, and penthouses. The first tower will be turned over in 2029 and the second tower in 2031.
The 50-story condominium towers offer multilevel, hybrid-sized, and resort-style amenities. In particular, the podium will have a jogging path, a pet park, and landscaped areas. The pool area, fitness gym, and function rooms will be located at the Clubhouse. On the 26th floor, there will be an outdoor lounge, a yoga area, and a golf simulation room. At the top level of both towers, called the Altitude 51, amenities include private function rooms, executive function villas, sky lounges, and grilling areas.
Le Pont is designed to meet the needs of wealth builders, established professionals, and overseas Filipino workers who are ready to invest in their own homes.
When asked about the availability of the featured pre-selling properties, Tordilla estimated, “Sierra Valley Gardens tower five is about 29 percent sold, Mira is around 65 percent sold, and Le Pont is 65 to 70 percent sold.”
